How to Apply
Clean the part of the body with soap and dry completely.
Carefully peel off the clear sheet from the white paper. 
Place the clear sheet with crystals face down on the skin 
Allow  adhesive to warm up, approximately 10 seconds.
Press crystals firmly to skin and carefully peel off sheet
