All designs are printed on Bella Canvas Brand Unisex Tee Shirts (unless otherwise noted) and run pretty true to size. I normally wear a 2X in regular tops, so I always order my Bella Tee's in a size 2X. I'm 5' 4" so maybe a tad bit on the longer side for me leaving room to place in a knotted tie if you wish or just leave as is:-) Now, if you like a roomier fit, I would recommend going up one size. Bella Canvas Tees wash nicely with very little shrinkage:-)
